Terms and conditions

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order. 

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

We make every effort to fulfill your order within [4-6] Business days from the date of your order. 

You are entitled to return your order within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you less shipping fees in both directions, contingent to the below conditions: 

• the product is defective, damaged or if the product you have received is not the same as the product you have ordered (then product must be in original condition, unassembled, unused and returned in their original packaging)
• If product has been misused or used in a way in which it was not intended to be    used will not be approved as it will not be considered damaged or defective
• ALL returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis 
• Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via WhatsApp at +96176411577 and explain the problem with photos attached
• Make sure to inspect your order before signing on the package
• Any approved returns will be shipped via our couriers free of charge
• If it is subsequently found that a returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs
  

Free delivery for purchases with an order value of $30 or more. For purchases less than $30,  the delivery fee will be determined upon finalizing your order
